Parish Life
While the Eucharist is the "source and summit of the Christian life," (CCC 1324) it is extra special to celebrate with other members of the Body of Christ.
Saint Barnabas offers numerous ways to become a more active part of our vibrant parish community through everything from personal formation opportunities to ministry to others to serving in different ways at Mass or other celebrations.
Saint Barnabas Catholic Congregation is moving toward a new governance structure of four commissions that report to Pastoral Council and that guide and coordinate different activities, ministries, and initiatives under them. While some opportunities and ministries are listed on this website (such as Religious Education and the Food Pantry), until this process is further along, the best ways to find all of the opportunities to get involved in parish life are to check the bulletin and calendar and to reach out to the different Commission Chairs, the Pastoral Council Chair, or the Finance Council Chair.
